Coffee and coffee husks
Due to the nature of our products, including whole bean or ground coffee and coffee husks, which are perishable and freshly roasted, we are unable to accept returns on coffee orders. However, if there is an error with your order, please reach out to us at info@softmeetsboldcoffee.com within 15 days of your purchase, and we will gladly assist you in resolving any issues.
